JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: ASST. MANAGER & GM Business Development
Locations: Bangalore Kolkata and Mumbai
Minimum Qualification: BE in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: 5 20 YEARS.
1. Good Written and Oral Communication skills.
2. Computer Knowledge of WORD / EXCEL / OUTLOOK / POWER POINT
3. Experience in Marketing: Different Industrial Products pertaining to Bulk Material Handling Industries.
4. Experience Preferred: Industry All Bulk Material Handling Industries related to Cement Power Steel Mining Process Ports. Either through Direct Exposure with Operational units or Through Turnkey Contractors.
5. Key Responsibilities:
a) Is the front face of the company to the client for developing & generating business.
b) Must be able to generate enquiries & strong followup to close orders.
c) Must be proficient with Interpersonal skills Communication Techno Commercial negotiations.
d) To have Application Engineering attributes towards providing solutions to Customers Problems through Products and systems.
e) Set targets with cost & budget controls with strategies to achieve them viaavis competition.
f) Coordination with providing support to zonal & channel partners.
g) Take necessary actions for realising Payments & maintain healthy cash flow.
h) Must have ability to study new applications and products for Development.
i) Must be able to extensively travel to various plants including remote regions throughout the country.
j) Coordinate with the Service Team for Generation of Spares.
k) Ensure and maintain Management information system on a periodic basis.
l) Build & Maintain Healthy work culture
