Customer Interaction & Requirements Gathering
Greet customers and understand their service requirements.
Manage service appointments ensuring timely flow and reducing customer wait times.
Conduct a preliminary inspection of the vehicle with the customer to note down any visible issues or damage.
Job Card Creation & Workflow Coordination
Create a detailed Job card with vehicle data diagnosis estimated working hours completion date and estimate of costs.
Explain the work to be done to the customer providing cost estimation and necessary information.
Explain the jobs mentioned on the job card to the Lead Technician.
Coordinate with the Lead Technician to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of service jobs.
Organize test drives with the Service Champion and Lead Technician to ensure accurate diagnosis.
Customer Approvals & Communication
Obtain customer approval for any extensions to the service order and communicate this information to the Lead Technician.
Maintain regular communication with customers updating them on the progress of their vehicle service.
Issue Resolution & Upselling
Address customer inquiries concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
Upsell additional services and products when appropriate.
Payment & PostService Engagement
Assist customers with the payment process ensuring clarity in invoicing and handling any billing discrepancies.
Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction and maintain records.
Update customer feedback and escalate any unresolved complaints.
Vehicle Handover
Handover the vehicle to the customer explaining the jobs completed during the service
Skills Required Mandatory Skills
Should have excellent communication customer service skills & business acumen.
Knowledge of 2wheeler or 4 wheeler service and repair processes preferably 2W EV knowledge
Ability to explain technical information to customers.
Strong problemsolving and conflict resolution skills.
Multitasking and time management abilities.
Patience and empathy when dealing with customer concerns.
IT or DMS working knowledge.
Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.
Preferable Skills 2W EV Knowledge
Understanding of battery SOC (State of Charge) deep discharge and charging/discharging processes.
Knowledge of wiring diagrams sensor management and electrical circuits.
Familiarity with BLDC motors Hall sensors and the working principle of Magneto.
Knowledge of CDC (Chargingdischarging) working cycles.
Experience with battery BMS connector placement controllers and cell rotation principles.
