Job Description
Research & Development
- Testing and Documentation of newly developed FCAW consumables
- RCA/CAPA for the problems associated with the FCAW welding
- Development of new FCAW Consumables
- Study and development of hard facing FCAW Wires
- Competitors products analysis
- Study & standardize process parameters
- Data compilation and analysis for consumables
- Preparing WPS and PQRs for new developments
- Research paper write up for welding seminars
- Providing data for Technical literature preparation of FCAW consumables
- Preparation and updating R&D related SOPs (such as R&D operation RCA)
Requirements
Required Education and Experience:
- B.Tech. / M.Tech./Ph.D. Mechanical Engineering and Metallurgy or Welding Technology or Production
- Work Experience: 35 Years into R&D
Preferred Specialized Qualification and Experience:
- Excellent understanding of Welding processes consumables and metallurgy.
Required Education and Experience: B.Tech. / M.Tech./Ph.D. Mechanical Engineering and Metallurgy or Welding Technology or Production Work Experience: 3-5 Years into R&D Preferred Specialized Qualification and Experience: Excellent understanding of Welding processes, consumables and metallurgy.
