Currently we are partnered with a preferred client in Hot Springs AR in search of a highly talented Director of People Services.
Job Summary:
The Director of People Services will lead the Human Resources department overseeing all aspects of coworker relations recruitment training and HR policy development. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of HR best practices in the healthcare industry.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organizations goals
- Oversee recruitment onboarding and retention initiatives
- Manage employee relations including conflict resolution and performance management
- Develop and administer HR policies and procedures
- Lead training and development programs for all levels of staff
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Manage the HR department budget
- Collaborate with senior leadership on organizational development initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Human Resource Management or related field (Masters degree preferred)
- SHRM Certified Professional (PHR) or Senior Professional (SPHR) certification preferred
- Considerable knowledge of coworker relations and HR management principles practices and procedures
- Strong understanding of laws and regulations relating to Human Resources
- Healthcare industry experience preferred

- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
- Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
