You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe HR Associate manages the entire employee lifecycle including recruitment employee relations compliance and performance management. The role involves developing and implementing HR policies and programs to support the organizations objectives while ensuring compliance with labor regulations. The HR Associate will work closely with leadership and department heads to align HR strategies with business goals.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Manage endtoend recruitment processes including job postings candidate screening interviews and onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
Build relationships with recruitment agencies job portals and educational institutions.
Work with Recruiters in North American Regions and hire the right candidates.
Employee Relations:
Address employee grievances and resolve conflicts fairly and consistently.
Promote positive workplace culture and improve employee engagement and morale.
Conduct exit interviews to understand employee turnover and provide feedback to management.
Build and maintain good relationships with employees working in North American regions.
Compliance & Labor Law:
Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and other statutory requirements.
Keep uptodate with changes in labor regulations and ensure timely implementation of any new legal requirements.
Work with external legal consultants regarding labor laws and regulations.
Performance Management:
Oversee the performance appraisal process ensuring timely feedback and goal setting.
Develop and implement performance improvement plans where necessary.
Work with managers to identify training and development needs.
HR Policies & Procedures:
Develop and update HR policies ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with laws.
Communicate and implement HR policies across the organization.
Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation.
Training & Development:
Identify employee training needs and coordinate relevant training programs.
Education: Bachelor s or Master s in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
Experience: 3 years of experience in HR roles with at least two years in a managerial position.
Knowledge: Indepth knowledge of Indian labor laws HR best practices and employee management systems (HRIS).
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong problemsolving and conflictresolution abilities.
Organizational and timemanagement skills.
Ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Proficient in Google Workspace and HR management software preferably Zoho Recruit & People.
Work Hours: 6:30 PM 10:30 PM IST Monday through Friday
Employment Type: PartTime
