Job Title: Outbound Calling Coordinator
Location:
Remote (CST Time zone)
Salary Range: up to 2000 USD

Work Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST)

Position Overview:

The Outbound Calling Coordinator is responsible for building strong relationships with prospects through outbound calls emails and other communications to generate targeted weekly appointments. This role ensures accurate recordkeeping of all interactions manages followups and tracks sales progress to meet set goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish Rapport with Prospects:

Build strong relationships with assigned prospects by conducting outbound calls texts emails and other communications aiming to achieve targeted weekly appointments.

  • Maintain Records:

Keep detailed and accurate records of all interactions with prospects to track progress and manage followups effectively.

  • Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • GED or high school diploma required.
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience in inbound or outbound sales business development or account management.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales or appointmentsetting targets.
  • Experience using CRM tools particularly HubSpot and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Outlook.
  • Clear communication skills both verbal and written.

NicetoHaves:

  • Spanish language proficiency is a perk but not required.
  • 35 years of experience in sales or customer relationship roles.
