Key job responsibilities:
SSVS is the supporting link between our company and its vendors. Key responsibilities include managing the end to end process of placing the POs forecasting and assessing stock requirements and enhancing Catalog quality to ensure vendors have a smooth experience when working with Amazon.
Key job responsibilities
Responsible for the end to end process of placing the POs forecasting and assessing stock requirements sharing POs with vendors and Fulfillment Centre Supply Chain teams to manage the delivery dates
Ensure the POs meet the required approvals according to the company financial approval matrix
Follow up with Procurement and vendors to confirm on the submitted PO quantities and ensure orders delivery at the assigned date & time
Enhance catalog quality and ensure new selection complies with Amazons guidelines
Monitor vendor performance such as stock/ inventory health sales performance and fill rates
Basic qualifications
1 years of account management project or program management or buying experience
Bachelors degree
Experience using analytical specific tools such as Google Analytics SQL or HTML
Preferred qualifications
Experience in process improvement
Experience managing large amounts of data
