Job Description
- Ensure safe daily operations within the swimming pool areas by ensuring compliance of all healthsafety and fire prevention policies and procedures.
- To undertake training of all time lifesaving techniques /procedures with special attention in the development of staff swimming abilities stamina strokes and water awareness.
- Must attend to the need of the guests immediately serious problems / situations must be reported to direct Managerr or to Security Supervisor immediately.
- Strictly follow Lost and found procedure.
- Proper grooming at all times.
- Attend training classes as per schedule.
- Show fullest cooperation and respect within the team and other departments.
- Is aware of the daily activities and has product knowledge of all the hotel facilities
- Work closely with other departments related to the Recreation Department to ensure effective customer orientated operations.
- Implement duties in line with the Quality standards Security and Health & Safety requirements and applicable legislations
- Implement any other duties as assigned by the Cluster Director of Secutiry
- Attending all Departmental meetings
- Perform related duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications :
- Previous hospitality experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service skills required.
- Degree in Hospitality Tourism safety certificate basic First AID Lifeguard certificate & CPR.
