Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
- Implement a servicecentric strategy for overseeing guest needs while executing scheduled maintenance
- Ensure clear and efficient communication at all levels from the General Manager to guests and onsite contractors
- Report and track programmed maintenance while keeping stakeholders engaged including external contractors with email and telephone communications
- Foster close collaboration with all departments to effectively address and resolve issues as they arise
Qualifications :
Skills and Experience
- A dynamic leader with a background in maintenance or engineering within the realm of strata/ MLR operations
- Possesses strong administrative and computer proficiencies alongside outstanding abilities in stakeholder management and negotiation
- Confident in comprehensive financial understanding of managing a profitable operation and familiarity with WHS legislation compliance
- Ability to perform emergency maintenance tasks beyond regular working hours including situations such as complete power outages fire system evacuations and mechanical system failures
