Job Description
Clinical Trial Manager Boston
We are working on behalf of our client to find a Clinical Trial Manager based in Boston to lead global earlyphase clinical trials in a dynamic environment. The role involves managing trials from startup to closeout ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee clinical trials coordinating crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth execution
- Manage project timelines track risks and ensure communication across teams
- Proactively manage external partners (CROs) tracking progress and addressing issues
- Ensure compliance with GCP/ICH and relevant regulations
- Manage project scope change orders and maintain study databases
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in life sciences or related field
- 5 years in clinical trial operations
- Strong communication organizational and project management skills
- Familiarity with GCP/ICH guidelines and MS Office
This is a great opportunity for someone with earlyphase clinical trial experience ready to take on a key role in drug development.
