What youll need:
As a Project Manager/Team Leader you will take on a dual role balancing leadership and project management to deliver exceptional results.
- BSc Mech or similar from a recognised and reputable institution
- FPAS Accreditation
- Building Services and/or Fire project delivery/consulting experience
- Ability to lead and manage a diverse team of professional engineers in a peoplefirst manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft systems and project managementspecific systems
- Strong consulting skills including concept design highlevel costing and crossdisciplinary collaboration.
- Experience in the management and delivery of multidisciplinary projects
- Familiarity with the National Construction Code (NCC) and Australian Standards
- Advanced computer skills particularly in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding customer service and client relationship management.
