Role Overview:
Ensure usergenerated content complies with guidelines enforcing policies and addressing appeals. Collaborate with your team to uphold platform standards while staying updated on trends to enhance moderation processes and user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review content (videos audio comments etc.) for compliance with community guidelines addressing any violations.
- Enforce platform policies on all content including titles and cover images.
- Respond to user appeals and provide support regarding moderation actions.
- Work with your team to maintain compliance and streamline moderation processes.
- Monitor trends to proactively identify issues and improve practices.
- Provide feedback on processes and collaborate with teams to enhance moderation strategies.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Dutch (C2 level)
- Fluent in English (B2 level)
- EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
