Job Description

About Client:

A leading NBFC Organization.


Roles& Responsibilities:

  • Understand the applicable regulatory and legal requirements related to Data Protection and Data Governance and implement a compliance framework
  • Implement and monitor reporting mechanisms on the compliance levels on a periodic basis
  • Monitor and review compliance with risk management strategies and practices to ensure Data protection and Data Governance related activities are meeting required standards
  • Monitor the regulatory development related to data privacy and governance and act as compliance support for the Implementation of DPDPA. Provide expert advice on the implementation and application of business level Data controls as per the compliance requirements to ensure that the risk of noncompliance is mitigated
  • Monitor the regulatory development related to guidelines issued by TRAI and act as compliance support for the Implementation of TRAI guidelines.
  • Liaise with Data Privacy Officer (DPO) Internal Audit Compliance and Risk Management to coordinate Audits and also track and report new current and outstanding issues
