As an Account Manager at Carbiz you will be supporting the Business Development Manager in overseeing a portfolio of existing clients and fostering strategic relationships within the SouthWest Sydney region. The objective is to effectively manage and grow relationships with existing clients ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.

About the Role:
Responsibilities are but not limited to the following:
- Manage an account of existing clients including tow truck and collision repairer companies.
- Engage with existing clients over the phone and facetoface to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with our services.
- Inform and educate referrers on initiatives procedures and points of difference.
- Log detailed activity visits and relevant commentary to ensure accurate reporting and review of business.
- Handle feedback/complaints and implement problemsolving strategies to resolve referrer concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and competitor activities to anticipate new business opportunities.
About You:
- Prior experience in Customer Service Sales Account Management or Business Development preferred but not essential (we hire based on attitude!).
- Valid drivers license and the ability to travel locally as required (Essential).
- Proven experience fostering longterm relationships and service with customers and/or clients.
- Excellent interpersonal and partnershipbuilding skills.
- Welldeveloped verbal communication problemsolving and conflict resolution skills.
- A positive cando attitude with a willingness to assist team members to ensure excellent customer service delivery.
