Job Title Oracle Fusion Finance Functional
Location Hyderabad

Requirements:
Implementation & Configuration:
Lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion Financial modules specifically Fixed Assets General Ledger Accounts Payable Cash Management and Accounts Receivable.
Configure Oracle Fusion applications to align with the organizations financial processes and reporting needs.
System Maintenance & Support
Provide ongoing support for Oracle Fusion Financial modules troubleshooting issues and providing resolutions in a timely manner.
Ensure system integrity and data accuracy through regular audits and reconciliations.
Business Process Optimization:
Analyze current financial processes and recommend improvements to maximize efficiency and accuracy.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional solutions within Oracle Fusion.
Develop and deliver user training sessions and create documentation for endusers.
Integration & Data Management:
Ensure seamless integration between Oracle Fusion Financials and other business systems.
Manage data migration and cleansing efforts during implementation and upgrades.
Design and implement workflows approvals and other process automation to improve financial operations.
Reporting & Compliance:
Develop and maintain financial reports dashboards and KPIs using Oracle Fusions reporting tools.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls by implementing best practices within Oracle Fusion.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in finance Accounting Information Technology or a related field.
Oracle Fusion Financials certification is preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of experience working with Oracle Fusion Financials with a strong focus on Fixed Assets General Ledger Accounts Payable Cash Management and Accounts Receivable.
Proven experience in leading fullcycle Oracle Fusion Financials implementations.
Handson experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud including system configuration data migration and report development.
Skills:
Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
Excellent problemsolving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fastpaced environment.
