Job Description
We are seeking an IT Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team in the technology industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the companys IT systems and networks ensuring smooth operations and resolving any issues that may arise. The IT Operations Analyst will also be involved in implementing new systems and providing technical support to end users.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain the companys IT systems and networks
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues
- Implement new systems and upgrades
- Provide technical support to end users
- Ensure the security and integrity of the IT infrastructure
- Collaborate with other teams to improve IT processes and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
- 13 years of experience in IT operations or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of IT systems networks and security
- Excellent problemsolving and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA Cisco) are a plus
- Proven work experience as a Data Processing Executive or similar role - Proficiency in data processing tools and software - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent attention to detail - Good communication and collaboration abilities - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field If you meet the above requirements and are looking to join a dynamic team in the technology industry, we encourage you to apply.
