Job Description
The SAP QA Test Lead will oversee all quality assurance and testing efforts for the agency s enterprise software systems particularly focusing on SAP S/4HANA and BW/4HANA environments. The SAP QA Lead will ensure that software products and systems meet the highest quality standards working closely with crossfunctional teams including Business Analysts Developers and Project Managers. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of IT experience including substantial handson expertise in SAP systems and at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing testing teams.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead plan and manage all testing phases of the software development life cycle with a particular focus on SAP S/4HANA and BW/4HANA environments.
Develop and execute test strategies plans and cases to ensure software quality meets organizational standards and project timelines.
Coordinate testing activities resources and schedules to ensure timely delivery of testing services.
Oversee the design development and execution of functional integration regression performance and user acceptance tests.
Work closely with project stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that testing aligns with project goals and deliverables.
Mentor and guide junior testers providing leadership and expertise to elevate the performance of the QA team.
Implement industry best practices for software testing continuous improvement of processes and quality metrics.
Act as primary point of contact for all testrelated issues and communications.
Ensure all defects are properly documented tracked and resolved.
Collaborate with SAP Technical and Functional teams to identify and resolve testing challenges specific to SAP S/4HANA and BW/4HANA modules.
Monitor test results and provide regular progress updates to project management and other key stakeholders.
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of IT experience with strong knowledge of system development life cycle (SDLC) and software quality assurance principles.
Minimum of 6 years of software system testing experience with a proven track record of delivering highquality testing services.
Minimum of 5 years of handson experience in SAP S/4HANA and BW/4HANA environments with a deep understanding of SAP architecture functionality and testing tools.
3 years of experience in a Testing Lead role managing QA teams and leading testing efforts across multiple projects.
Proven expertise in creating and executing test strategies test plans and test cases for large complex enterprise systems.
Experience with SAPspecific testing tools (e.g. SAP Test Workbench HP ALM UFT or similar).
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
Excellent leadership organizational and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Experience working in a state agency or public sector environment is preferred.
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Knowledge of automation testing frameworks and tools is a plus.

Other:
Candidates must be US Citizens / Green Card Holders due to background check / clearance process.
Candidates must be able to travel to Tallahassee FL on occasion.
