Job Description

Hiring Immediately Automotive Service Advisors. Great pay plan with bonus and benefits.

We are seeking Service Advisors for our client Woburn Toyota. Sales are on the rise and our client needs a proven leader to drive growth. You will be joining a dealership with an energetic service advisor team skilled technicians a motivated executive team with resources to help you succeed and a fantastic community reputation.

REQUIREMENTS

Previous automotive experience is considered but not required for this position. Qualified applicants will have a track record of high performance history of strong customer satisfaction scores and demonstrate ability to be trained in process and procedure. DMS experience with CDK or Reynolds and Reynolds a plus. Only candidates with integrity a positive attitude passion to succeed and a willingness to learn and grow will be considered. We are looking for someone who works hard communicates clearly and is interested in a real career with long term potential not just a job.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Writing repair orders for both customer pay and warranty repairs.
  • Secure agreement from clients before all repairs.
  • Clearly explain the requested service on every car.
  • Thoroughly estimate the time and cost of every repair.
  • Advise clients on the proper care for their vehicle including maintenance.
  • Monitor the progress of client vehicles throughout the day and update clients on status.
  • Verify all final invoices and reconcile work performed and charges
  • Understand and comply with federal state and local regulations that affect service department operations such as hazardous waste disposal OSHA righttoknow etc.

QUALIFICATIONS: Must have a valid driver s license with an acceptable driving record according to dealership standards College graduate with a background or concentration in business management or marketing a plus At least one year in a dealership sales management position. Professional personal appearance Ability to remain calm while diffusing touchy situations At least two years experience in a dealership sales environment. Must be comfortable managing multiple departments and people. Strong communication skills to deal with customers, employees and vendors Must be able to work extended hours, evenings and weekends
