Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Providing professional service for Client user acceptance testing. Services provided shall include but not be limited to the scope of services outlined below in accordance with agreement between Client and Supplier
- Coordinate user acceptance testing initiatives by communicating across multiple lines of business organizing meetings to ensure effectiveness of UAT initiatives
- Consult with relevant teams/parties when creating a test plan
- Collaborate with IT team to ensure testing environments are set up testing data is loaded and defect resolution is completed promptly before during the testing
- Coordinate and drive UAT and obtains stakeholder approvals
- Collaborate communicate and liaise with relevant teams and perform quick learning ability and good teamwork
- Manage multiple projects and responsibilities concurrently and effectively
- Understand the needs and goals of a UAT tester and actively support to meet them
- Monitor and track UAT progress against schedule baseline
- Act as a key contact for UAT related issues and problems and proactively communicate collaborate and liaise with relevant UAT execution team members and stakeholders with the objective to resolve said issues and problems
- Coordinate UAT status meetings including scheduling agenda preparations meeting minutes lessons learned and other relevant meeting auxiliary documentation
- Draft UAT progress reports for client management and relevant stakeholders in accordance with client specific reporting standards using client specific templates
- Attend and proactively contribute to relevant meetings in accordance with project requirements
