We are looking for a Citrix Support Specialist with a National Diploma/Degree or relevant technical certification (such as Citrix) and 3 years of experience in supporting Citrix Virtual Environments. In this role you will be responsible for providing both user and backend support ensuring smooth operation and optimal performance of our Citrix infrastructure.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Provide expert support for Citrix Virtual Environments addressing both user and backend issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to Citrix systems to ensure continuous and efficient operation.
- Monitor and maintain the Citrix infrastructure including performance tuning and system optimization.
- Assist users with Citrixrelated queries and technical issues ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement updates patches and enhancements to the Citrix environment.
- Document and track support activities and system changes to maintain accurate records.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- National Diploma/Degree or relevant technical certification in Citrix.
