IT Program Manager
Type: Full Time Contract
Location: North of England (Hybrid 23 days onsite)
Salary: £650£700 per day (Outside IR35)

As an IT Programme Manager you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technology landscape for one of our key clients. You will work directly with senior stakeholders to develop a strategic IT and data roadmap that will enable them to consolidate and modernise their operations streamlining over 67 legacy systems into a cuttingedge cloudbased infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Work closely with the CIO to translate their vision into a comprehensive IT and data roadmap that aligns with business goals and drives longterm success.
Programme Management: Lead the execution of the roadmap ensuring the successful consolidation of multiple legacy systems into a streamlined cloudbased infrastructure.
Stakeholder Management: Engage with key internal and external stakeholders including Solution and Data Architects to ensure all technical requirements and business needs are met.
Vendor Collaboration: Face off with PwC and other key vendors to manage the RFI/RFP process and guide the selection of technology partners.
IT & Data Architecture: Oversee the alignment of networks infrastructure cyber and data systems optimising them for the organisation s future needs.
Delivery Roadmap: Create and implement a detailed delivery roadmap for IT and data systems that spans three to five years ensuring longterm scalability and flexibility.
What Were Looking For:
- Extensive experience in program management particularly within largescale IT transformations.
- A track record of leading IT infrastructure consolidation projects ideally involving the migration from legacy systems to cloudbased solutions.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at the senior leadership level including CIOs and external vendors.
- Experience managing complex multivendor environments with a focus on vendor selection and RFP/RFI processes.
- Excellent knowledge of IT architecture networks cyber security and data management.
- Ability to translate highlevel strategy into detailed technical roadmaps and actionable deliverables.
- A passion for delivering innovative scalable solutions that align with both current and future business needs.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience working within consultancy environments particularly on highprofile projects.
- Familiarity with agile project management methodologies and tools.
- Certifications in project management (such as PRINCE2 PMP) or IT infrastructure (such as ITIL).
- Knowledge of emerging technologies and their potential impact on business transformations.
