Qualification: Any degree
Experience: 5 Years

Job Description
  • Interact with customers and other professionals regularly so they need good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to handle customer issues such as when a customer is unhappy with a product.
  • Able to lead motivate and support their sales team.
  • Able to manage inventory levels to ensure the store has enough of each product.
  • They may also track purchase orders and maintain a supply chain.
  • Retail managers need to be able to solve problems such as reassigning employees redesigning a product display or resolving a conflict.
  • Able to hire and train new employees.
  • Able to organize store operations and allocate responsibilities to staff.
  • Able to prepare and control the stores budget.
  • Able to monitor stock levels and purchases and ensure they stay within budget.
  • Able to plan and oversee instore promotional events or displays.
  • Able to keep up with market trends to determine if the store needs improvements.
  • Able to analyze sales and revenue reports and make forecasts.
  • Able to ensure the store complies with all legal health and safety guidelines.
