Role Overview:
We are looking to hire a dynamic ambitious gogetter who will work closely with Skyroot s leadership on various crossfunctional projects. The applicant needs to be handson with solving problems ranging from operations project management product adoption performance analytics and financial analysis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone planning to work on their own startup in the future and wanting to gain firsthand experience of running an organization.

Qualification Requirements:
BTech and/or MBA from a premier college.
Highly analytical bent of mind with 35 years of relevant work experience.
Ability to conduct indepth datadriven research on new subjects collating information from multiple sources and synthesizing to form useful conclusions.
Good communication skills (verbal written and presentation) and ability to work across crossfunctional teams.
Ability to learn and deliver simultaneously.
Additional Preferred Capabilities/Qualifications:
The following capabilities are a plus:
Ability to approach problems through multiple lenses grasping the bigger picture as well as operational aspects.
Basic proficiency in financial modeling and financial analysis.
Existing technoeconomic knowledge of any deep tech industry.
Prior entrepreneurial experience or working in startups in a similar role.
Candidates will be given a case study to showcase the capabilities specified above.
