- Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the company s objectives focusing on talent management organizational culture employee engagement and diversity.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management on all HRrelated matters including workforce planning succession planning and change management.
- Lead the recruitment process to attract top talent including technical operational and corporate roles.
- Implement strategies to retain employees and reduce turnover especially in highdemand areas like engineering production and sales.
- Establish performance management systems that drive a highperformance culture setting clear KPIs and ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Manage employee relations addressing workplace conflicts and ensuring the implementation of effective disciplinary procedures.
- Design and implement training and development programs that enhance employee skills with a special focus on upskilling in line with technological advancements in the automotive industry.
- Lead leadership development and coaching initiatives for managers and key employees.
- Oversee compensation benefits and rewards programs to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
- Collaborate with finance and senior leadership to establish competitive salary structures and bonus programs that motivate and reward performance.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws safety regulations and employment standards.
- Manage risk related to workforce management such as labor disputes employment contracts and occupational safety.
- Lead organizational development initiatives to improve efficiency performance and employee engagement especially in response to market shifts and business expansions.
- Drive change management strategies during organizational transitions such as new plant openings M&A activities or technology shifts.
- Monitor and report on key HR metrics including employee turnover engagement scores and costperhire and use data to drive decisionmaking.
- Develop reports for the executive team to provide insights into the workforce and recommend improvements.
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field. A master s degree or professional HR certification (e.g. SHRM CIPD) is a plus.
- 10 years of HR experience with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record in leading HR teams and working with senior leadership to drive organizational success.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws employment practices and compliance standards within the manufacturing sector.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced highpressure environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience with HR technologies and data analytics for workforce planning and decisionmaking.
- Strong leadership and decisionmaking capabilities with a focus on fostering collaboration and driving results.
- Ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics and provide strategic HR solutions that align with business goals.
