POSITION SUMMARY

This role will lead develop and manage the sales function identifying opportunities for revenue and market share by leveraging data services and solutions to meet customer s data modernization engineering and analytics needs.
JOB DUTIES
Sales Strategy and Planning
- Collaborate with the executive team to define and execute the sales strategy for our data consulting services aligning it with the companys overall goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends and use this information to develop targeted sales strategies.
- Oversee the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure to successful client onboarding ensuring consistent and efficient execution at each stage.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and define metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the sales process.
- Identify engage and build relationships with key decisionmakers in target industries positioning our data consulting services as the solution to their business challenges.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales collateral presentations and proposals that showcase our data consulting services value proposition.
- Manage CRM system to track sales activities manage customer relationships and generate accurate sales forecasts throughout pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our data consulting services.
- Continuously assess client needs and provide strategic insights and recommendations to enhance their data analytics capabilities.
Sales Team Leadership
- Set clear sales targets and objectives and regularly meet or exceed performance against these targets.
- Foster a positive and collaborative sales culture promoting teamwork and accountability among colleagues and support departments.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree in business administration marketing or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles with a strong preference for experience in the data consulting services industry.
- Indepth knowledge of data analytics business intelligence and data consulting services.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

- Possesses a deep understanding of sales processes techniques and strategies.
