Job Description

  • Identify potential suppliers based on project requirements.
  • Evaluate supplier performance quality and delivery times.
  • Conduct market research to source costeffective materials and services.
  • Prepare purchase orders and ensure the timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Negotiate prices payment terms and contracts with suppliers.
  • Manage the procurement process from requisition to payment.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases pricing and supplier performance.
  • Draft review and negotiate procurement contracts.
  • Ensure all procurement activities comply with the organizations procurement policies and legal standards.
  • Manage the renewal of contracts and ensure compliance with agreed terms and conditions.
  • Monitor and control procurement budgets and expenses.
  • Conduct cost analysis to identify opportunities for savings.
  • Work with the finance team to ensure the correct allocation of funds.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Identify risks in the supply chain and take appropriate measures to mitigate them.
  • Adhere to ethical procurement standards and practices.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with key suppliers.
  • Monitor supplier performance and provide feedback to improve efficiency.
  • Resolve any supplierrelated issues promptly.
  • Monitor stock levels and anticipate purchasing needs to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
  • Ensure proper inventory management and maintain updated records of goods received.
  • Work closely with internal departments such as operations finance and logistics to align procurement activities with business needs.
  • Support the procurement team in developing longterm procurement strategies.
  • Prepare regular procurement reports to track progress savings and performance.
  • Report on any procurement issues or irregularities to management.
