Job Description
Position Responsibilities:
- Assess prime contract and supplier contract configuration management requirements
- Write configuration management plans
- Establish and apply methodology for product and document identification
- Prepare change control documents such as Engineering Change Proposals (ECP), Requests for Variance (RFV), Change Documents/Change Requests (CD/CRs), Conduct program Change Control Boards (CCB), perform configuration audits, coordinate product configuration definition documentation, and others
- Collaborate with fellow configuration management engineers on configuration management principles and job practices, and support of industry quality audits for Configuration Management
