Focus on backend development primarily using ASP.NET C# to build and maintain robust systems.
Design develop test and deploy contact center applications.
Collaborate on frontend development using frameworks like Angular React or Vue.
Build and maintain APIs within the .NET framework.
Futureproof the telephony platform by integrating Microsoft Teams into the telephony delivery.
Stay updated on design patterns technical trends and enablers and assess current technical solutions to identify needs for improvement.
Essential requirements:
Proven experience in backend development with a focus on ASP.NET and C#.
Competence in frontend development particularly with Single Page Application frameworks (e.g. Angular React Vue).
Familiarity with the .NET framework and APIs.
Strong understanding of system design and data structures applying them to develop pragmatic solutions.
Analytical mindset with excellent problemsolving skills.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
A collaborative team player willing to learn share knowledge and contribute to the team.
Fluent in both Swedish and English.
Positive attitude with a strong focus on both technical challenges and understanding business logic.
Social outgoing and able to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
Meritorious:
Experience working with telephony/contact center systems.
Familiarity with digital workplace services and their supporting ecosystem.
