Job Overview:
The ServiceNow Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions that meet client business requirements and ensuring smooth project delivery. The role involves working closely with clients to assess current processes identify ServiceNow platform solutions define integration and solution requirements and develop architecture and implementation plans. This position plays a key role in driving the overall design mapping of requirements and ensuring the technical integrity of ServiceNow projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the architecture design and enhancement activities for the Enterprise ServiceNow program ensuring technical integrity and adherence to organization standards.
Support and develop ServiceNow capabilities including strategic platform design and implementation.
Oversee the coordination of design and development activities ensuring adherence to governance and change control processes.
Provide technical expertise and guidance on ServiceNow products architecture and integrated technologies.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align ServiceNow solutions with business requirements and ensure successful delivery.
Manage the development configuration testing and implementation of ServiceNow enhancements maintaining accountability for design and cost transparency.
Administer the ServiceNow platform including workflow configuration UI policies ACLs business rules catalog items and more.
Configure and maintain ServiceNow workflows including service catalog incident change problem and knowledge management modules.
Ensure proper documentation quality assurance and release management for ServiceNow projects.
Monitor and support ServiceNow applications troubleshooting incidents and performing root cause analysis as necessary.
Build and maintain ServiceNow reports dashboards homepages and perform system health checks.
Additional Responsibilities:
Administer ServiceNow instances and manage system configurations including workflow modifications dictionary updates and access controls.
Perform daily operational tasks on the ServiceNow platform providing application support and reviewing ticket queues.
Work with logs to troubleshoot issues and resolve incidents in the ServiceNow ITSM platform.
Collaborate effectively with IT teams business partners and thirdparty developers to implement solutions.
Ensure adherence to organization processes standards and best practices.
Skills / Experience Required:
12 years of experience in architecting and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
Experience in a customercentric support role particularly in IT service environments.
Proficient in JavaScript AngularJS HTML CSS XML with advanced scripting experience in ServiceNow (both client and serverside).
Strong understanding of key technologies related to ServiceNow integration including SSO SAML SSL REST LDAP JDBC ODBC.
Experience working with ServiceNow modules such as IRM ITOM SAM and Security Operations.
Handson experience with ServiceNow core architecture including Service Catalog Incident Change Major Incident Management Knowledge Management and SelfService Portal.
Demonstrated experience with workflow configurations forms views email notifications access controls and acceptance roles.
Experience in troubleshooting incidents performing root cause analysis and building ServiceNow reports and dashboards.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification or proven experience in system administration is required. ServiceNow Implementation Specialist and Application Developer certifications are a plus.
