Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Digital Producer to assist the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Office of Field Operations (OFO) with integrated strategic planning and marketing support. The Digital Producer will manage the production and delivery of digital content and media ensuring alignment with user experience and design strategies. This is an outstanding opportunity to support CBP OFOs mission to secure the border while facilitating lawful trade and travel that supports our national economy.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee the creation production and delivery of digital content ensuring all materials meet project deadlines quality standards and user experience goals.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including designers developers communications specialists and external vendors to produce cohesive usercentered digital content.
- Manage the digital content lifecycle from strategic planning and content development to maintenance and optimization across multiple platforms and devices.
- Ensure all digital assets align with project objectives stakeholder needs and OFOs broader strategic communication goals.
- Optimize digital content for user experience and platform responsiveness across web mobile and other digital channels.
- Provide datadriven insights to refine digital content strategies and continuously improve user engagement and experience.
Key Competencies:
- Expertise in digital production processes including project management user experience (UX) principles and content optimization for multiplatform delivery.
- Strong understanding of digital content strategy analytics and the ability to leverage data to enhance content performance.
- Exceptional organizational and timemanagement skills to meet strict deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring alignment with OFOs strategic communication goals.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to obtain CBP Suitability
- Bachelors Degree
- Experience planning developing and managing digital marketing content for various platforms and devices
Preferred Qualifications:
- CBP suitability within the last 36 months.
Place of Performance: This is a hybrid position with onsite in the Washington D.C. Capital Region.
