Job Description
Sern Bendecidos emerges from the vibrant fusion of Loco Dices passion for culture and the pulsating rhythms of house music. The Clothing Brand is known for its unique designs highquality materials and close ties to street culture. We are looking for a motivated and customeroriented individual to join our team as a parttime Customer Support agent working remotely.
Tasks
- Customer Service: Be the first point of contact for our customers assisting them with questions regarding products orders deliveries and returns.
- Handling Inquiries: Respond to customer via email.
- Problem Solving: Provide fast and satisfactory solutions to any issues or complaints that may arise.
- Product Information: Assist customers with product selection providing details on availability materials and sizing.
- Feedback Management: Collect and pass on customer feedback to help us continuously improve our services.
Requirements
- Some experience in customer service or ecommerce (preferred but not required).
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in interacting with customers.
- Friendly and solutionoriented approach.
- Good English and German skills (both written and spoken).
- Reliability and ability to work independently from home.
- A passion for fashion and streetwear is a plus.
