Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer questions and requests via phone email and chat.
  • Assist with product information basic troubleshooting orders and accountrelated inquiries.
  • Help customers resolve common issues and provide the best possible service experience.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and follow up when needed.
  • Work with internal teams to find solutions for more complex cases.
  • Stay informed about company products and policies to better support customers.

What Were Looking For

Language Skills:

  • German: C1 or above (required).
  • Basic English skills for internal communication.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Friendly and customerfocused with great listening skills.
  • Good communication skills both written and spoken.
  • Positive attitude and problemsolving mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and stay organized while working remotely.
  • Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn new tools.

Education & Experience:

  • No prior experience required full training will be provided!
  • Interest in customer service and helping people.
