Inbound Team Lead JD
We are looking for a qualified team leader with minimum one year ofexperience to manage our team and provide effective guidance. You will beresponsible for supervising managing and motivating team members dailyfor team size of 16.
As a team leader you will be the contact point for all team members soyour communication skills should be excellent. You should also be able to actproactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.
Ultimately you should lead by setting a good example and engage the teamto achieve goals.
Responsibilities
Create an inspiring team environment with an open communicationculture

Requirements and skills
Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor Indepth knowledge of performance metrics
Good PC skills especially MS Excel Excellent communication and leadership skills Organizational and timemanagement skills Decisionmaking skills.
Ensure to track measure report and evaluate vendor performance.
