Job Description
- Should have at least 710 years of HRIS/Financial systems experience with 5 years in Workday.
- They need certification in relevant Workday modules (HCM Financials etc.) and
- Expertise in Workday Studio EIBs and integration tools.
- Knowledge of business processes security policies and Workday reporting/analytics is essential.
- Should have led at least 35 full Workday implementation cycles demonstrating skills in configuration security and business process optimization.
Strong communication and leadership abilities are crucial for stakeholder engagement and managing crossfunctional teams.
