Job Description
Note: We are only looking for people residing in Germany and do not require visa sponsorship.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the product team to brainstorm new products and features turning ideas into actionable development plans.
- Develop and maintain our digital products including therapy apps (using React Native and TypeScript) therapy backend (using Python Django and PostgreSQL) and interfaces for external devices like blood pressure monitors.
- Manage all aspects of deployment and technical operations to ensure smooth and secure product performance (leveraging Docker Kubernetes and Terraform for cloud infrastructure).
- Use data analysis and systematic approaches to improve product capabilities for selfimprovement.
- Ensure a wellorganized development environment by keeping architecture infrastructure and process documentation up to date.
- Play a key role in building a strong engineering team and fostering a positive collaborative development culture.
Requirements:
- 5 years of professional software development experience with a strong grasp of software design principles.
- Proficiency in key technologies such as React/React Native TypeScript Python Django and Kubernetes.
- Musthave experience with React/React Native and Python.
- Strong communication skills and working proficiency in English.
- Comfortable in a fastpaced startup environment with a natural tendency to take ownership and responsibility both within your role and beyond.
