Job Description

Education Required:
Necessary:
B.E. / B.Tech./ Similar professional qualification.
Desirable:
MBA / Certification by Procurement Professional bodies
Job Accountabilities:
1. Deliver value as a strategic Partner of Oil to Chemical business to achieve growth and revenue targets
2. Understanding of integrated Oil to Chemical business across the portfolio of transportation fuels Polymers
Elastomers and Polyesters
3. In depth knowledge and exposure to Contracting principles Contract structures Contract terms & conditions
and Contract administration specific to Technology License Agreements and Engineering Contracts
4. Drive for timely award of contracts for Technology Licenses and Engineering Services
5. Administration of Contracts under execution and resolve any critical / outstanding issues with the
Contractors
6. Timely resolution of change orders
7. Partner with all stake holders and drive the design and execution of innovative cost reduction strategies
with a focus on Life Cycle costs
8. Abreast with the latest market & technological developments projects under award & execution and
workloads of Licensors & DEC s
9. Partner with Finance on Working Capital Management
10. Supplier Relationship Management and building deep relationship with the managements of Licensors /
DECs
11. Drive cross Functional decisions for effective functioning and achieving desired outcomes.
12. Provide Domain Expertise for Design Testing and Adoption of relevant applications in Digital Platform
13. Build a sustainable team identify skill gaps and competency development in specific areas
