Job Description
store in charge also known as a store manager or shop manager has many responsibilities including:
Customer service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address complaints professionally
Store environment: Maintain a clean safe and welcoming store that complies with health and safety regulations
Store operations: Oversee daily operations including opening and closing routines
Staff management: Recruit hire train and fire staff manage schedules and set sales quotas
Inventory: Control inventory levels rotate stock and ensure sufficient stock

Accounting: Manage the budget generate payroll and meet sales and financial targets
