Job Description

Job Title: Store Manager Apparel Brand
Location: Bangalore & Chennai

Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Store Manager with over 3 years of experience in managing retail operations preferably in the apparel sector. The ideal candidate should be capable of overseeing the daytoday functioning of the store leading the team towards achieving sales targets and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role demands an individual who is resultoriented a strong leader and an excellent communicator.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management:

Target Achievement: The Store Manager will be responsible for setting and achieving daily weekly and monthly sales targets for the store.

Team Management: Lead mentor and motivate a team of sales associates and assistant store managers to perform at their best.

Customer Experience: Create an exceptional instore experience by maintaining high levels of customer service.
Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns and complaints in a professional manner. Focus on building longterm relationships with customers by delivering excellent service and ensuring their needs are met.

Operations Management:

Store Operations: Oversee all store operations including inventory management visual merchandising and stock replenishment.
Inventory Control: Work closely with the warehouse and procurement team to ensure the store has adequate stock levels. Minimize stock discrepancies through regular audits and inventory checks.

Compliance: Ensure that the store complies with all company policies procedures and safety regulations. Maintain a clean and secure environment for both customers and employees.
Business Acumen:

Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management preferably in an apparel brand.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire the team.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving operational efficiency.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
