This is a remote position.

Role Name: Admin Assistant (voice)

Schedule:

  • Fulltime 40 hours a week Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM (9 p.m. to 6 a.m. Manila Time) 1 hour unpaid break

Job Description

As an Admin Assistant (voice) you ll be the vital first point of contact for this thriving real estate law firm. This role combines traditional receptionist duties with modern administrative tasks offering a diverse and engaging workday. You ll manage incoming calls handle email communications and coordinate schedules all while providing exceptional customer service. This position is perfect for a bilingual professional who excels in multitasking and enjoys a fastpaced clientfocused environment.


Responsibilities
  • Answer and manage incoming calls promptly ensuring a professional first impression
  • Handle email communications efficiently directing messages to appropriate team members
  • Manage and update calendars coordinating appointments and meetings
  • Provide basic information to clients and route complex inquiries to the right staff
  • Perform various administrative tasks to support the firm s daily operations
  • Assist in maintaining a smooth workflow between clients and legal professionals

Requirements
  • Fluency in English and Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in email management and calendar software
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
  • Customer serviceoriented mindset with a professional demeanor
  • Basic understanding of legal terminology (preferred but not required)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new software systems
