Job Summary
The Senior WFM Analyst oversee productivity at ReleasePoint by assessing analyzing and reporting employee productivity at the individual departmental and Organizational levels. They determine the best way to utilize employees productivity skills using techniques and theories of workforce management. This role assists with scheduling processing timeoff requests and generating reports to show productivity and performance changes. This is a Senior WFM Analyst role focusing on assisting with the forecast and capacity planning of global team based on service level needs. They will help with building workforce management models to match the specific needs of the project. Main responsibilities include demand capacity updates Ad Hoc headcount calculations and support of new launches.
Essential Functions
Execute on budget forecasts and owns the development and implementation of staffing and metric models reporting and analysis.
Develop policies that impact workforce positively and work with operational staff to ensure communication of these policies and procedures are adhered to.
Communicate with management and operations team to ensure compliance with client and company standards.
Develop reporting processes dashboards and presentations to fulfill senior leadership reporting needs.
Help drive continuous improvement to increase productivity accuracy and improve case management staffing levels.
Assist service line leaders with QC tracking and management.
Work with VP Operations and other senior management to implement organizations new strategic plan.
Help teams design and craft ways for employees to learn and to roll out the continuous learning people need to perform effectively as organizations pivot at speed and scale.
Communicate to stakeholders on performance and challenges i.e. providing direction guidelines performance update to hit service level goals and making suggestions for corrections to any issues
Analyze/forecast staffing plans and ensure that the delivery locations are appropriately staffed based on organization s requirement and internal capacity plan numbers
Requirements
Masters or Graduates Degree in business IT data science or business administration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Tableau.
Must be able to work with all levels of the organization in capturing managing and communicating metrics
The ability to develop creative and breakthrough solutions.
Welldeveloped analytical skills and the ability to provide clarity to complex issues and synthesize large amounts of information.
An ability to identify the root causes of issues by analysing patterns and trends.
Selfmotivating adaptable and able to inspire and motivate others.
Prior experience working in an environment of frequent change
Ability to work independently multitask and meet deadlines with flexibility in working hours.
