Position: Commercial Epoxy Flooring Subcontractor

Jack Laurie Specialty Surfaces is seeking experienced and reliable Commercial Epoxy Flooring and Polished Concrete Subcontractors to join our team for ongoing projects in the Indianapolis area. As a subcontractor you will be responsible for the installation of both epoxy flooring systems and polished concrete in commercial settings.
Requirements:
Proven experience in commercial epoxy and/or Polished Concrete flooring installation
Must have your own insurance (liability and workers compensation)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Must have own tools and transportation
Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices on job sites
Responsibilities:
Install epoxy flooring systems or Polished Concrete Finishes according to project specifications
Ensure adherence to quality standards and timelines
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Communicate effectively with the project manager and other team members
Troubleshoot and resolve any installation issues as they arise
