Job Description

Exciting Career opportunity at a leading financial Institution:

Position Title:Deputy Manager

Department: Audit

Location: Mumbai

Qualification: Post Graduate/CA Inter/Semi CA

Experience: Non CA with minimum 34 years experience in internal audit/concurrent audit and Min.2 years of Audit experience (from BFSI sector)

CTC: 10 LPA (Including 815% variable.



What are we looking for


  • Audit of operational processes of Insurance Planning & Execution

  • Ensuring appropriate scoping and coverage to provide comprehensive assurance to the management on control environment

  • Conducting process walkthroughs and keeping updates on process changes/Regulatory changes and prepare comprehensive audit checklist and

  • ensuring critical checks are not being missed out.

  • Ensure adherence to audit checklist /process and critical observations are being identified and reported. Drafting of queries and appropriately

  • classifying and reporting them.

  • Discussion and closure of deviations with Auditee/Stakeholder with minimal escalations to next level and maintaining at least 75% success ratio

  • for observations raised

  • Ensure timely issuance and accurate monthly audit score to stakeholders

  • Ensuring Timely Escalations to the respective level of hierarchy to avoid delays / roadblocks

  • Assist in Execution of Assigned Corporate audit areas during the year. To ensure compliance to scope coverage and timelines.

  • Utilising Qlik tool for data extraction analytics and performing assigned tasks and automation of manual processes to reduce time and efforts

  • Execution of IFC and SOX related audits and collation of audit evidence for assigned audit areas.




Requirements

Skills required:


  • Audit Risk and control understanding

  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills

  • Data management

  • Ability to see through processes/gaps and identify key solutions.

  • Effective communication skills/presentation skills

  • Proficient in MSExcel

  • Understanding of the Insurance industry and its regulators

  • Selfdriven high degree capability on driving objectives of Audit.



Skills required: Audit, Risk and control understanding Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Data management, Ability to see through processes/gaps and identify key solutions. Effective communication skills/presentation skills Proficient in MS-Excel Understanding of the Insurance industry and its regulators Self-driven, high degree capability on driving objectives of Audit.
