Requirements
We are seeking a skilled Oracle Sales Cloud Developer to join our team and lead the development customization and integration of Oracle Sales Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Oracle Sales Cloud features along with the ability to implement CRM processes manage integrations and create reports and dashboards. This role requires collaboration with crossfunctional teams to enhance sales productivity and provide valuable insights for decisionmaking.
Key Responsibilities:
Oracle Sales Cloud Customization & Configuration:
- Configure and customize Oracle Sales Cloud to align with business needs including the setup of user roles workflows and custom objects.
CRM Integration:
- Manage and develop integration solutions between Oracle Sales Cloud and other systems (CRM ERP thirdparty apps) using APIs and Oracle Integration Cloud.
Sales Cloud Reporting & Analytics:
- Develop custom reports and dashboards using Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) tools to provide insights on sales performance and customer engagement.
Data Migration & Management:
- Handle data migration from legacy systems into Oracle Sales Cloud ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data during the transition and for ongoing processes.
Sales Cloud Automation:
- Design and implement automated workflows approval systems and sales processes to optimize sales productivity and streamline operations.
System Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
- Monitor system performance and resolve any technical issues related to Oracle Sales Cloud ensuring the smooth operation of sales tools and data management.
User Training & Support:
- Provide enduser training on Oracle Sales Cloud features and best practices. Offer ongoing support to ensure that users can effectively leverage the system.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with Oracle Sales Cloud in a developer or consultant capacity.
- Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud and other Oracle Cloud products.
- Knowledge of CRM and ERP systems integration.
- Expertise in Oracle BI tools for reporting and analytics.
- Experience with data migration processes and tools.
- Knowledge of sales processes sales automation and workflow management.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Oracle Sales Cloud Expertise:
- Indepth experience in Oracle Sales Cloud configuration customization and workflow automation.
CRM Integration Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of integrating Oracle Sales Cloud with other CRM or ERP systems.
Data Management & Migration:
- Proficient in data migration from legacy systems to Oracle Sales Cloud ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Ability to create custom reports and dashboards using Oracle BI tools to provide actionable insights into sales performance.
Automation & Workflow Design:
- Experience in designing and automating sales processes within Oracle Sales Cloud.
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI):
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure for managing and deploying Oracle Sales Cloud applications.
Education & Experience:
- Senior Level: 4 years of experience working with Oracle Sales Cloud and other Oracle Cloud tools.
- Junior Level: 24 years of experience with Oracle Sales Cloud or similar CRM platforms.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business or a related field.
