Dealer Sales Representative
Department Overview:
Our client a leading automotive company is responsible for selling door mirrors as their main product to all Japanese clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaboration with Overseas Production Bases:
Promote dealer option products to Japanese customers through cooperation with overseas production sites.
- Building and Maintaining Client Relationships:
- Coordinate and negotiate with key client representatives (purchasing design etc.).
- Activities for New Product Orders:
- Share product information with overseas production bases.
- Collaborate with overseas sites to determine target selling prices for customers.
- Develop and execute action plans and schedules aimed at securing orders (both internally and externally).
- Work with the development department to promote products to customer dealer option divisions.
- Plan and conduct presentations.
- Engage in price negotiations and order acquisition.
- Development and Production Schedule Management:
- Manage product development and delivery schedules in accordance with customer timelines (coordinate schedules with the development department).
- Obtain customer agreement on development and delivery timelines.
- Estimation and Price Negotiation for Mass Production and Repair Parts:
- Recover costs associated with design changes from clients.
- Gather information on market fluctuations provide estimates and negotiate prices and contracts.
- Profit Management:
- Regularly monitor profit status and promote activities for profit improvement.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Excel Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience in automotive dealer option sales.
- English negotiation skills
