As a Recruiter in the crypto industry you will play a pivotal role in sourcing attracting and hiring toptier talent across various disciplines within blockchain technology and cryptocurrency. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop strategic recruiting plans.
- Source screen and engage candidates through various channels including social media professional networks and industry events.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Stay informed about industry trends market dynamics and competitor activities to inform recruiting strategies.
- Partner with HR and hiring managers to continuously improve recruitment processes and procedures.
