We re seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to attract source and hire qualified candidates for Automatit s positions in Ukraine. You will collaborate with various departments and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Work location hybrid from Ukraine
Responsibilities:
- Generate and maintain candidate pipelines using various sources such as LinkedIn Recruiter XRay search Boolean search job boards referrals blogs networking events and more.
- Conduct market research to identify and map out key talent pools market benchmarks and competitor landscapes
- Own full responsibility for your assigned roles in our ATS (Comeet) on a daily to guarantee that all candidates data and status are up to date
- Manage the hiring process of assigned roles endtoend
- Provide a positive candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador for the organization
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create comprehensive recruitment plans
- Build a diverse and talented workforce to meet the organizations goals
- Assure each role is posted on different platforms such as LinkedIn job boards and other social media platforms

Requirements :
- 4 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter in a tech company
- 2 years of experience in interviewing sourcing and recruiting technical roles in the IT/DevOps/Cloud fields such as DevOps Engineer Cloud Architect FinOps Analyst etc.
- Indepth experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean/Xray search
- Experience with managing hiring processes via ATS
- Have a datadriven approach and utilize analytics to inform recruitment status and other HR strategies
- A proven track record of engaging talent through tools with an ability to turn passive prospects into candidates
- Selfstarter with the ability to own multiple roles simultaneously and work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Ukrainian
- Experience with Comeet ATS advantage
- Experience with Google Workspace advantage
