Job Description
Job Purpose
- Continuously deliver system enhancement and new features to achieve companys goal
- Plan design and develop for all customization enhancement and new features
- To provide development guidance / expectation / best practice to team members
- Assign tasks to team members
- Manage task delivery date
- Debugging fixing and system performance fine tune
- Provide solutions expected delivery date and development man days.
- Perform code review
- Collaborate with teams consultant or support on unit testing
- Well known in our HRMS system in terms of structure design and flow
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure all changes are backward compatible and zeroize errors
- Maintain high quality of code writing and delivery
- Ensure all patches are well tested and complete deployment is done
- Deliver on time
- Ensure critical technical issue is resolve within the time allocation
Job Requirement
- Degree and above in Computing and Software Development related
- Proficiency in code writing and SQL
- Minimum 3 years working experience in related field
- Mandarin speaker is preferred as this role requires communication with Chinese clients
- OS / Computing knowledge
- Business Process / Flow
- Well known in Vb.Net JavaScript HTML and MS SQL
- Development lifecycle (plan design develop test)
- System architecture
