Job Description

FILINVEST COMPANY: CORPORATE TECHNOLOGIES INC.

JOB SUMMARY:

The IT Sales Specialist is responsible for tracking sales leads coordinating quotes with sales packs providing customer service and managing customer accounts. Responsibilities include monitoring sales and the performance of the sales team as well as recording sales data.

KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales Support

  • Provide assistance to the IT Sales Team in daily operations and strategies to sell products and services.
  • Acquire a comprehensive understanding of all products and services offered.
  • Support the Sales team in organizing various projects.
  • Progress opportunities through the sales funnel by establishing and nurturing prospect relationships through initiating and following up on communications.
  • Collaborate with the Sales lead to develop and expand the sales pipeline consistently meeting quarterly revenue goals.
  • Ensure timely creation and processing of orders handle requests for rush orders and review pending orders and customer inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.

Reporting

  • Manage data related to new and potential clients using available CRM systems logging all communications and providing accurate documentation and information
  • Record sales activities and coordinate with Sales Leads to follow up on proposal signoffs.
  • Report any unusual activity to the immediate supervisor.
  • Perform data entry tasks for sales figures metrics and other relevant information maintaining an organized and accessible filing system.

Others

  • Handle administrative duties for the company executives and management teams.
  • Schedule customer meetings and conferences.
  • Fulfill any other duties assigned from time to time.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:

  • 1 year work experience as a Sales Support Specialist or Sales Support Associate
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite particularly MS Excel
  • Indepth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Good organizational problem solving communication interpersonal skills and IT fluency
  • Good business knowledge
  • A good grasp of numbers and the ability to write documents in a professional style
  • Ability to multitask
  • College graduate or any computer or businessrelated courses.
