Provider Management
Support for change management with the provider
Support with onboarding/offboarding of users for the provider
Service management system:
ServiceNOW for order enquiry change problem and fault management CMDB etc.
GIAM/IAM for identity access management
Support with onboarding users for the provider
You should have the following experience:
Experience in mainframe service management (focus on provider control for DASD TAPE DR CAPACITY / Customer Demand).
Good communication skills
Experience with mainframe tasks (at least 3 years)
