Location: Sofia Bulgaria
Start Date: November 25 2024
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. 10:00 p.m. and Saturday to Sunday 10:00 a.m. 6:00 p.m. (local market time zone)
Relocation Package: Includes 14 nights in a hotel travel expense reimbursement (up to 490 BGN after 6 months) equivalent to approximately 250.52 EUR

Job Description:
Join our dynamic team at JTI as a Customer Support Specialist! We are seeking fluent Romanian and English speakers to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate assistance to customers via phone email and chat
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and professionally
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and achieve customer service goals
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while handling customer interactions
Requirements:
- Fluent in Romanian and English (written and verbal)
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous
- Strong communication skills with a customeroriented approach
- Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays based on business needs
Training: Fully paid 2 weeks training 1 week nesting
